Vacation rentals with a patio in Nassau County

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Quiet and cozy. This was a beautiful place. The space was larger than what I thought it would be. I loved the Porsche and there was a nice lemon tree in the yard. Overall 5 stars and next time I’m in the area I will look for this place again.

The unit was very cozy and comfortable. Fresh flowers and chocolates were a very nice touch. Good location with beach right across the street. Trevor and Sandra were extremely attentive and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we sure do intend to return and hope to stay at the Heron Cottage.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Place was exactly as described, clean and well worth the cost. Very accessible of the highway. Loved the amenities - AC, hot water and space. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristi’s place. My parents rented her in-law suite on the property and it worked out amazing to have the extra room! Would highly recommend it is close to so many amazing restaraunts and a small drive to Town Center!

Eric's place was great for my family for our trip. I was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and a great value. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note (this didn't impact us in anyway, but may bother others) there is not a tv in one of the bedrooms. I am just noting this as it may be a big point for some. The property is a great value for the price. We would stay at Eric's place if it was available the next time we are in the area.

My friends and I were looking for a nice 4 person place to stay for our spring break. Anita was super helpful and always responded quickly. The photos look exactly like the place and it was super clean when we arrived. We appreciated her being very lenient when it came to our age as well since we are not 21. Definitely worth the money; very affordable for 4 full nights. :)

Loved the place,conveniently located about 10 minutes from Town Center where there's a bunch of shopping outlets and restaurants and about 20-30 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Also close to the center of Jacksonville. It has a washer and dryer which I always like to have right in the back of the house in a little porch like area with a door that takes u to a big backyard. I definitely will look to return on my next trip to Jacksonville. Only annoyance is theres a big bright light in the kitchen that lights upwith a motion detector. I climbed on a chair and covered the "eye" with a lid of a jar and taped it there. Bring scotch tap if you want to do what i did.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

The condo had a great view of the beach with easy access to the water. The sunrises were amazing. It is close to stores and great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable and had plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The thick walls were soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book with them again. ☀️

Ginny was amazing! Communicated clearly, gave awesome recommendations, described this magical place perfectly. Very quick walk to the beach, beautiful to go for a run, look for shells, watch sunrise/sunsets. House is boho chic, comfy and very close to downtown as well. We will be back!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

What a great place!!! Peaceful and serene at night and within walking distance to great times, food, and live music!! Excellent place for a much needed quick get away for a weekend with my sweetheart. Just enough space, with comfortable temperature (because of an overhead fan and AC) and a comfy bed. The towels….smelled AMAZING. You know what I mean. Just out of a shower and a fresh, soft, CLEAN smelling towel IS THE BEST. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, a beautiful view even with cloudy skies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate for a second to go back.

Great time staying here, close to beaches, restaurants and anything you can want to do. Pleasure working with host and would recommend to any staying in the area.

Our trip was focused on attending the Players Golf tournament at Sawgrass, so prices were very high in that area. This condo was reasonably priced and about 15 minutes away on Jacksonville Beach and we wanted to see (and did see) the ocean each day. This is a small condo, but the bed and pillow linens were super clean and comfortable; same with towels. Televisions in both living room and bedroom had lots of choices and her welcome book was great. This is a perfect place for a couple and maybe one small child. We walked the beaches each day and as long as you don't mind walking a mile or two, you can walk to lots of restaurants and stores in the Jax Beach area. Kristin was very responsive to my questions.
