The Hideaway is a beautiful, newly refurbished former cow shed with vaulted high-ceilings. It is an idyllic location for 2 to come and escape, and explore some of the beauty Norfolk has to offer. Based in Pott Row, a quaint Norfolk village, only a few miles from the Royal Sandringham Estate and a 15 minute drive to the coast. All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Luxury fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate Bedroom, comfy king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!
