Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Flint Shed is a unique private, contemporary space for 2 with large double ended free standing bath, rain shower and his and hers sinks as well as courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Located in Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs (1 gastro) within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Also with Super King Sized Bed and full equipped Kitchen Diner and separate Lounge area.
