Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

You will stay in our lovingly furnished 33 m² apartment directly on the Rednitzauen. Fürth's old town is only a few minutes' walk away. The Fürther Mare (thermal bath) is within walking distance. U-Bahn [subway] connection right at your doorstep. We have sleeping places for 4 guests. Children and dogs are welcome. We have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel comfortable.

Willkommen in der Villa Sonnenschein aus dem Baujahr 1932 - zwar "nur" in der Einliegerwohnung, dafür aber gleichzeitig idyllisch und verkehrsgünstig gelegen und mit Zugang zu Garten und Wald. Die ELW liegt im Souterrain, aber mit großen Tageslichtfenstern und mit Blick auf unsere schönen Blumenbeete.
