Terry and Sherri were excellent hosts! It was a great get away for our Anniversary. We loved the cozy cabin, the great hospitality, all of the extra amenities, and the beautiful view. It felt like our home away from home. We took our Side by Side and road on the trails and they were great! We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!!

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

A great stay. Took the dogs and they had a blast running around and having fun with us. Felt very safe and didn’t have any animal problems.

We try to take a quarterly air b&b trip and this one called for some R&R for our minds, bodies and spirits. We ventured off the property one time to get sinus medicine. I premade all our meals and we stayed in. We took a stroll through the pecan orchard to the most magnificent pine tree we’d ever seen. It’s almost as if it’s growing like an oak. We spent evenings listening to music and watching the sun set which was my favorite. The evenings were cool and breezy. Our boys got startled by an armadillo in the back yard. They loved roaming the property in the evenings. The house has a very comforting feeling. The beds and bedding reminded me of a fancy hotel. We played concordopoly the entire time which was pretty fantastic. We didn’t turn on the TV once. Thank you for having us. This was a treat. Bridget & Dustin

The goats are the sweetest goats I’ve ever come in contact with. I grew up on a ranch, I’ve owned goats… These goats (and the kitty) are kid friendly. My son is terrified of cats, by the end of the stay he wanted to carry the cat home with us. We came for the animals and the outdoors experience which did not disappoint! We enjoyed every minute, especially the Bigfoot touches! Everything was perfect! Oh and don’t miss feeding the fish!! We loved that!

Our second stay at Gus's Cabin and will not be our last! Such a special & peaceful place that immediately takes us into relaxation mode. We love the perfect sized cabin on gorgeous private property, beautiful southwest decor, ultra-comfy bed, warm lamps & seating well-suited for reading, & rocking chairs on the porch for all day dreamy views, especially sunsets. Marcia is a fabulous hostess and always very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

We chose the Green Bungalow for its location, and it did not disappoint! Close proximity to trails to stroll or hike, walking distance to Bath House Row and restaurants, and a short drive to other area attractions. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The bungalow itself is an older home and feels very much like staying with a relative--cozy and lived in. The hominess was made more-so by Milly and Rest who were so very kind and friendly--offering ideas and tips for our stay and providing snacks. They live in the house next door, and it was nice to know that if we needed anything we could call on them. We really enjoyed our stay!

Laura’s place was the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter. Very peaceful and quiet. The place was decorated so nice. Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Laura was quick to respond if I had a question. We will definitely be back.

Was very impressed by the property and everything it had, and to make it all even better the hosts are so friendly and welcoming! Would recommend this place a 1000 times over! Really appreciate the hosts!

Trecia and Lowell’s cottage was the perfect little place to stay while visiting Stephen F. Austin. The cottage was very clean, full of everything you might need, cozy, cute, and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden, cows that came up to the fence, and all the helpful information that Trecia and Lowell provided during our stay. I have not met such an awesome host to this day! They were so sweet and accommodating. I definitely want to go back and spend more time at their lovely little cottage. I would strongly advise either this or another one of their properties. If you come across this little gem on your search, take it! It's a wonderful place not too far from town but still far enough away to see the stars. Wildlife is abundant, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Book the stay!!!

What sold us was the donkeys! Our son thoroughly enjoyed the donkeys. As soon as he woke up he wanted to say good morning to the donkeys and feed them. It was a great memory to create! The hayloft is super cute and was very livable. We were able to make coffee in the morning and sit outside and listen to the birds and look out at the nearby creek. But also was close enough to the city to enjoy city life. We will definitely be back!

Very private place away from town. Great little tiny home. Perfect for 2 people.

This cabin looked even better in person compared to the photos and was perfect for our first anniversary. The kitchen was huge, fully stocked, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time using everything there was to offer including the fireplace, fire pit, grill, and hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. The beds were soft and there were plenty of pillow and blankets. The location was about 10 minutes from central Broken Bow but it was nice to come back to a quiet place away from the city and its traffic. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, this was a great experience a great introduction to Oklahoma and what it has to offer.

This house had it all! Beautiful views over the water, great kitchen and gas grill for cooking, very comfortable beds! We spent a lot of time downstairs playing on the pool table! The double covered porches were also a nice place to spend some time

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was well layed-out and had everything we needed. Secluded area, very private. We seen plenty of deer every morning and evening just sitting on the beautiful porch. We would definitely stay again!

Easily found down a wonderful country dirt road, lined with fields, farm and cows. The home is quaint and has an authentic charm that is inviting and warm. The decor is perfectly balanced with the home’s unique feel. We enjoyed mornings on the porch and evenings around the table playing cards. The home stayed so cool on a day that was over 100 degrees. The 3 generations of women that spent 2 days here, had only positive things to say about our stay. I couldn’t recommend this more, and will be staying here again in the near future. The balance of style, comfort and beauty is unmatched.

We had a great ,relaxing couple of nights here at this cool little house. Dawn was very responsive when we reached out to her.🙂 The pond out front was very nice and peaceful. There is alot to do here fishing,boating,and games. We would recommend this house and will be back when we are in this area again. Thankyou to Dawn.👋😀

The Ranch House was more than expected . Everything we needed and then some . Peaceful and quite home away from home . We were there during the Christmas time of year with another couple celebrating our Wedding Anniversaries . Easy access into the home . Games , Christmas cookies , snacks and more were waiting on us upon arrival . Kristi has been an Awesome host . Would recommend The Ranch House wanting to visit the Jefferson area or Lake of the Pines to anyone looking for a Great Place to call Home for a little bit .

What a FANTASTIC find! This place is exactly what my friends and I needed, a peaceful quiet getaway! The pond was beautiful, the ducks were adorable, and the front porch looked over it all…a wonderful spot to have coffee in the morning. The table under a covered patio provided a great spot to snack and play games. The fire pit was wonderful as well, it was just cool enough to be able to light a little fire. The cabin itself was spotless. Plenty of linens were provided, and the kitchen was well supplied. The owners also leave a meticulous guide to help with any questions that a vacationer might have. There is no doubt we will be back!

Easy check in, great communication. Tons of room!! Only issue was the thin walls between bedrooms upstairs but it was fun to scare the kids unseen from the other room!😂. We had a wonderful time, no issues, place was wonderful and well stocked. Definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing time here! You have a stunning view of the mountains as soon as you drive onto the property. It felt like home as soon as we entered the cabin. I enjoyed the Christmas decor, which gave it that homey feeling. It has a fireplace heater and all the necessities! It is the ideal spot to unwind and take in the scenery. The stars are particularly lovely at night, especially while you're lounging in the hot tub. It was a great stay, and I wish I could have stayed longer.
