Wow!! This place was spacious and clean!! Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed this AirBnB! Because of prior experiences with AirBnBs, we brough extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. We didn't need any of those extras; everything we needed or wanted (and more) was there! The beds and pillows were very comfortable; plenty of linens were provided for each of us and we were all so pleased with the "over and above" aspect of this place... we didn't want or need a thing... we had everything we needed for a great weekend! Being the planner/organizer for a group of 15, I was a bit anxious and hoped everyone would be pleased with the accommodations and enjoy their stay. I didn't have one single thing to worry about and communciation was excellent! Several of our group said they would keep this place in mind for future stays! 10/10 recommend 100%!!!

We had the most wonderful stay! Our group—a mom, and her daughters—came into town for a very special occasion: wedding dress shopping for the bride-to-be. The home was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and beautifully set up for relaxing girl time together. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for helping make such a meaningful weekend even more memorable

I love this place! I love to cook and the kitchen was amazing! My kids loved the pool and so did my husband. They respond very well. Very quiet area as well. If you have kids very great game room and plenty of space. You may get lucky like we did and see deer. Omg love this place

The Sommers' home is absolutely beautiful, and our stay was nothing short of amazing. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. When we encountered an issue with the upstairs thermostat, they had someone there to resolve it within the hour. We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and they handled it promptly and professionally. The house itself is spacious and perfectly suited for our large family. I would highly recommend both this home and these wonderful hosts to anyone!

The house was awesome! Early 20th century charm with solid modern updates. Clean and very comfortable. Great instructions left by owner and not a ton of asks for check out. It is right behind Oaklawn. We sat out on the deck and watched the horses working out the morning of the races. We hope we can stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud Nine! We went for a bachelorette trip and had such a relaxing time. Instructions were very clear and lots of amenities were provided. The roads leading up the mountain to the house were steep and curvy, so just beware of that when determining the vehicle you drive and how heavy your load is when packing it up. I read this in previous reviews and the description when I originally booked our stay, but it slipped my mind and our minivan did not have the best experience so we refrained from driving it during our stay if possible. We were a little shocked at how windy it was, but it honestly made for the perfect cooler temperatures! It is an older home, but the bathrooms were updated and i felt like it was very cozy overall. I would love to bring my family back to visit and experience the beautiful views at this home on Mt. Riante! It was definitely one of my favorite stays to date.

This place and the hosts are amazing. The house and yard are beautiful! Loved the deer roaming and hanging out on the pier and back deck. Can’t wait to visit again.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Forever memories! Hopefully next time, without the weather!

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Perfect place to relax after a long fun day digging for diamonds. Host easy to work with; very responsive and flexible.

Beautiful lake house. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the screened porch and funishings. We were in town to visit Hot Springs NP so a short drive to the park and downtown area. Chad was a great host and easy to work with for an earlier check in due to traveling with littles! Great place for a couples getaway with friends or a family retreat.

Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

What a cute place! The street can be a bit noisy but not sure if there was some construction going on. Nice and out of the way of main traffic. Worked perfect for a weekend getaway and fast response from the host

Jory’s place was beautiful. She really made it feel like home away from home. Decor is nice every thing is up to date. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Trish is kind and very fast to respond. She even informed me of a limb issue from the storms that was fixed while I was out to eat. The beds are comfortable as are the couches. The laundry is new and nice. The dining room table is elegant with a separate kitchen full of very nice amenities. It was also nice and cool which is important in Louisiana. The bathroom is roomy with a nice antique and modern feel. I like reviews bc they help me decide where to stay on my many adventures with my adult kids and by myself. This is one place you can feel safe and comfortable with a hint of luxury and old South. I highly recommend Trish and her beautiful home!

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

I have stayed at all the Air bnb she has and I think this one is my favorite. I like how the master bedroom has it own private bathroom but it is also a beautiful house. The motion lights was a great idea because it came on and I looked outside and their was 2 coyotes. I was WOW, never would have known they was out there if it wasn't for the lights. This is our second time staying at this Airbnb and it was just as great as the first time! Kim is a great host and we will definitely be back for our next baseball tournament!
