Good, clean apartment in a great location! Short walk over Junction Bridge to downtown and North Little Rock was beautiful, too! Close to a lot of cool stuff!!

We checked in after hours and the directions were helpful and easy to follow. When we arrived at the apartment, someone was there to get our keys and show us where to go. The staff was very helpful with any questions that we had. The location was perfect for our event at the conference center and we found it easy to get around without a car. Even walking to Little Rock HS and the capitol.

The place was great! Pictures are true, ALOT of places to go nearby. Apartment very nice and spacious. Private parking, The response time with any questions was definitely a PLUS! Definitely will stay again !

The place was exactly as described. I’d highly recommend this cute and comfortable spot for anyone. The location was amazing- easily walkable to all the fun in Jefferson.

My kids and I had a great time. The included amenities were the best part. The condo is on the older side but nicely decorated and sufficient for our needs. The available amenities were what pushed it over the top for my kids though. They loved the kayaking, and also the recreation center. I wish the kayaks were available a little later in the day as they had to be turned back in by 5 but it was for sure the highlight of our trip. The kids also loved going down to play pool and ping pong. Very nice to have extra activities included without constant additional charges. Emily was very responsive in planning our trip and very accommodating. My kids can't wait to go back next year!

I have nothing but incredible things to say. not only was the space beautiful, but my hosts were amazing, kind and helpful. absolutely recommend and would return if ever in the area again.

She is good communicator and excellent host I have ever seen. if you want to stay I would recommend this.

We booked a quick weekend getaway in Hot Springs and decided to stay at Lago Vista. Everything about the stay was perfect! David was excellent at communicating all instructions with thorough and detailed emails. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures and such a relaxing weekend for our family! We particularly enjoyed the comfortable living room which had a large fireplace which we loved. The condo was spacious for us as well as our grown children. Conveniently located near town to restaurants, Oaklawn, and zip lining that we checked out. Will definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect spot! It’s a bit of a drive to town where all the attractions are, but that just gives you more time to enjoy good music and great company. The place itself is beautiful, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Hot Springs with Jason and Dawn, only about 5 minutes from Bath House Row and very convenient! The neighborhood wasn’t the best but it was nothing major. I’d definitely recommend!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The kitchen table was great for game night. The boys loved the air hockey table. Very spacious and clean. I’m glad we found this one and will use it in the future.

A beautiful home, very spacious. We celebrated our Thanksgiving dinner 2024 there. it was remarkable. We will definitely visit again!!!

Home is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the openness between the kitchen, dining and living room. We only used the three upstairs bedrooms and they are large with very comfortable beds. House was very warm during the snopocalypse. It was one of the few homes on the street that appeared to be prepared with a snow shovel!!! Communication with the host (for the reservation and using the key lock (because I am not very techy)) was always friendly and incredibly responsive. As a side note, the house is pet friendly (we did not bring our pets) and you would never know any animals have been in this house as there was no pet hair anywhere. Would book this house again for future visits to the area.

Omg! The best Airbnb we have stayed at for a girls trip. My friends and I were amazed at the home. It had everything we needed. The host responded right on time for any questions that we had.
