The location was perfect for us to get to SAU & to church. Parking under the carport was convenient, especially during all of the rain. The hospitality was superb!

Such a great location! The neighborhood was easy to walk around and the trolley was available to get across the bridge. Huge space! Wish I was there longer. Hosts were great with quick responses!

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay! The location was perfect and conveniently situated near great restaurants and shopping, which made everything super accessible. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock and looking for a relaxing, modern space to stay

We loved this spot! Was easy to get into for those in my party with mobility issues too. The pool and lake access was harder for them, but would be great for most people. The unit was spacious (also good for wheelchairs/walkers) and had a nice deck and good-sized kitchen. Great access to the rest of Lake Hamilton & Hot Springs as well! There seemed to be a little problem with housekeeping as it was not pristine, but we managed just fine and would stay there again!

She is good communicator and excellent host I have ever seen. if you want to stay I would recommend this.

Extremely spacious place indoor and outside. My husband is a musician and loved playing the grand piano. Love that you have the option of an early and late check out to be able to enjoy the place.

We felt so welcomed with the treats for us and our dog and a welcome sign. We will be back for sure!

We went down for a weekend of horse racing and had a ball! The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The unit is sitting right on the lake and the view is perfect! I definitely think this unit is underpriced for what you get and I’m a SuperHost saying that. I will definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Kristin!!!

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).

My wife and I were looking for a nice place to relax and celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and this place did not disappoint. It was relaxing and close to all the main attractions we were interested in. The view of Lake Hamilton was awesome. The basket of snacks was a nice touch and very thoughtful. Although not a large condo, it was just right for a couple wanting to get away from it all for a few days and enjoy each other's company. Everything was as described on the website. I hope we can come back and stay one of these days. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

Wow! This home has so much character and attention to detail when it comes to design and art! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating! Cannot wait for our next stay here! The location is perfect and there is so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We really enjoy staying at this beautiful home!

The decor was fun! My kids loved it. We had 5 adults and two kids stay and we all fit comfortably. It was close to the location we needed to visit. Despite losing the state championship game we enjoyed our stay and so did our family visiting from NM.

This was a great getaway for us in a very quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to go and do. The hosts were easy to work with and the house was very cute and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Incredible home with lots of space! Very clean and well laid out for families. Love the back patio and fenced in backyard. Everything you need and more in an Airbnb. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location for our guys golf trip we played at 3 courses all within a 5 minute drive. We all enjoyed the putting green and hitting net in the back yard. We also really enjoyed the screened in patio as we listened to the rain one night. Overall would highly recommend the house and will be looking to see if its available again next year when we come back down to Hot Springs area.

"Golf and Nature Lover's Paradise" - perfect name!! My husband and I along with another couple and their grown daughter just finished a stay. The guys were in a golf tournament and we chose this house to be near courses. The house is on Cortez golf course and the view is absolutely beautiful. It is situated on the 13th hole. We watched beautiful sunrises every morning and golf come to life. The house was perfect. It was clean, roomy and had so many amenities. Large TV's throughout the house (The Master's happened to be on)!! Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The backyard was wonderful with large table and sitting area with gas fire pit right on the course. Lights were strung from tree to tree, so cozy! It is located inside a gated community making you feel safe. Right outside gate were restaurants and grocery store. Recommend "The Home Plate" restaurant. Truly, a wonderful relaxing stay with amazing communication. STAY HERE if you are in the area!!!

Our stay was nice for spring break, told them some stuff that could improve but overall a nice house to stay at.
