Lovely home! Great location , close to all of what Hot Springs has to offer!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying the weekend. Our host Robert was courteous and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. His home was very clean and organized and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. There was an ice storm the day before our check in date. Donna communicated with us regarding the weather. She welcomed us and had the house ready for us even with the icy conditions. The house was roomy and very comfortable for our family.

I would recommend anyone to bring their family and friends here for a quiet visit to a great little town. The house is super cool with unique touches that I enjoyed

Cute, charming, clean, quiet place. Just a heads up, the house has tons of natural light. It’s bright with shear white curtains. If you want to sleep in bring a sleep mask.

The house was everything we expected and more! From the cleanliness to the attention to detail, nothing was disappointing. It was the little things - the cute light fixtures, the wonderfully smelling Bath and Bodywork soaps in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and the way all of the decor - even small extra decor around the house - came together to make this home both beautiful and welcoming. Pam is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean and very nice place to stay in the Hot Springs area. We will definitely stay here again!

The place looks exactly like the pictures and is in a great area with a convenient free parking right next door. I could see my truck from the window. Restaurants bars and bath houses all in walking distance. The host was responsive every time I messaged with a question. They responded quickly too within minutes of me messaging. All in all a great place and wonderful host. I’ll be staying here when I’m in town for sure

This was one of the better B&B's we have stayed in. The description showed a recliner. When we got there, apparently it had been broken. My husband is not well and a recliner is what he sleeps so it was one of the reasons for the choice. She went out and immediately replaced it. Denise was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. Very personal and easy to get to know. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. The furniture was comfortable and homey. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A very relaxing two weeks. Thanks Denise and Howard.

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

It was a really quick trip to Mena overnight. It was perfect for my husband & I & I would definitely return again to stay if we are ever back in the area.

A lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet with a gorgeous view of the water, it was the perfect place for our weekend away. Definitely recommend staying hereto anyone wanting to visit Hot springs but be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My family and I came to get out of the routine a little and this was the ideal place. We had the lake in front of us which filled us with a lot of peace and disconnected us from the daily hustle and bustle. My husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and a good chat without noise or interruptions. The place is quite cozy and Anne was quite friendly...I definitely recommend it!

The first time in Airbnb, love it. I will plan to visit again and I will contact Britney for my next visit. Hot spring has so much rich history that is impossible to do in a few days. The restaurants that we visit, the food was great. IHOP was one place that I always enjoyed, when traveling hot spring has the number 1 I say again. I love the city of Hot spring. So much to see and not enough time. Going Back God continue to Bless your city
