"The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. The property is approached via a driveway with parking at the rear. "The Hayloft" sleeping two with ensuite can also be booked if required. Access available from the cottage.

Our studio has its own private entrance and key lock box. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
