Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Fall offers hiking and berry picking in Europe's cleanest forests. Centrally located in Pello, it serves as your base for exploring Lapland and Sweden.

In the main building there is a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Stand alone toilet equipped with washer and dryer, electric sauna, and shower, including the toilet. Two bedrooms (each with double bed), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200), and 2 additional beds if needed. In addition, a visit from the outside of the main building to the room upstairs with two beds, armchairs and a small refrigerator for two. Outdoor sauna and glazed BBQ grill in the yard as well. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
