The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

We had a lovely stay at Richard's. The house is very well located for hiking and enjoying the area. It is also very well equipped for cooking, landing a little. It's warm and enjoyable. The garden is a plus, however it is missing a fence on the road and fields side. The most important thing would be the road side even if it's not very busy. So our dog didn't stay outside without our supervision.

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

Very welcoming, clean and spacious house with a beautiful layout of the living rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms, not to mention plenty of storage space in a very nice environment with plenty of useful amenities to enhance the stay Friendly and pleasant host. Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. Caring, concerned about what she offers to guests, don't hesitate to book!!!!

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommend.

Ideal for our stay in the area, it is a very warm accommodation located in a very quiet environment. Our host was welcoming and considerate, met all of our expectations.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

The place is clean, with everything you need. The place has a small courtyard which is really nice. The place is quiet. For a quiet stay I recommend.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

We had a lovely stay at William's. The house is very inviting and clean. We were able to enjoy the garden which is very well maintained and soothing. Our dog was able to walk there safely because everything is well closed. Beautiful hikes nearby because next to the GR.

An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good there; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Only 8 minutes by car from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommendable of course for a stop in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).

we had a lovely stay at Frédéric and Rozenn's place very warm welcome, Frédéric took the time to introduce us to the accommodation. ideally located accommodation, close to the beach and path. close to places of discovery ( Paimpol, Bréhat ...etc). green and bucolic environment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

The little Gite was a lovely peaceful place to spend Christmas. Not far from the cost or local fishing harbour. Perfect for a very romantic Christmas
