We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Small cottage on GR34 for hikers

Ideal for stopping, after a day of walking (the GR34 passes through the street) or during an event. Self-check-in and checkout with a key box, but if we can, we'll be happy to host you! We prefer late afternoon check-ins and morning checkouts, as the cottage is really made for people passing through, away during the day (no living room in the cottage). Our children like to play in the garden and we want to feel "at home" during the day.
