Located 1 km from the center of Plouër-sur-Rance and its shops and 800 m from the Rance, the La Renardais cottage is perfect for a stay in the heart of the Rance Valley. Completely independent, the cottage is located in the garden of our property where we live all yearround.

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.
