Monthly Rentals in Portencross

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of our two nights stay. The space in the house was wonderful…. Loved the glass collection too. Ate well in local restaurants. Thank you Fran and John for the welcome and the great hospitality package. Thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fencefoot Farm and were only sorry we didn’t meet Bernard. The restaurant on the same site was absolutely brilliant, delicious fresh food and extremely good value. The house is a little noisy being close to the main road, but we did know that in advance, and the garden was enclosed and safe for our dogs. We had a good 4 days with the most amazing sunny spring weather

It was great! I hadn’t heard of Great Cumbrae before but now I definitely want to go back to stay there. Ailsa’s place was a great base to stroll around the island. The flat offers most likely the best view to watch the sunset at this time of the year while enjoying a hot cup of tea!

Amazing place with fantastic hosts nothing too much trouble. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful. David you and your wife are amazing people, thank you for everything you did to make our stay perfect. We will be back.
