Monthly Rentals in Portnancon

This is one of those Airbnb that deserve six stars. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It sits on a hill above the sea such that all you see out the windows is water and mountains. They converted what had been a garage into a cozy, living, eating, and sleeping space. Everything is so well built and there is so much attention to detail that you feel like you are in a much larger space. There’s nothing that hasn’t been well thought out and designed. And Andy and Jenny are such warm and friendly people you immediately feel like you’re part of the family. I could go on and on, but I will leave it there and simply say I highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at one of the Shepherd Huts. The hut was cute, cosy and clean, with all the essentials. Alexandra was a great host having the heating on for our arrival, and kindly helping us with our travel arrangements for the following day. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful bothy in beautiful surroundings! So lovely and remote, just what we hoped for. Claire’s communication was great and the place was clean and cosy. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen with pots pans and utensils for cooking a meal. Easy to use micro oven. Also a small thing but something I really appreciate is fluffy towels! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

We had the most relaxing holiday in years at Cleo’s little piece of paradise. Perfect for a totally unplugged, reset in the wilds. Landscape and location perfect and we can’t wait to book again!
