Lovely Lake District rural retreatMy home is on a small, Lakeland farm set up on a hillside with wonderful views down to the Duddon estuary. You could be woken by the song of a blackbird or robin or the cockerel; otherwise, it's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful spot. The hens and cats hang out in the yard, various sheep breeds, four ponies, and a scattering of cows populate the fields, and beyond that a gate opens onto the hills.
Detached studio in the Lake District with parking.We offer guests a contactless stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District. In order to refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we are blocking off a minimun of two days either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.
