Tayakout is a golden host! Caring, generous, she offers a very pleasant welcome in a living environment that is just as pleasant. The apartment is functional and full of charm, you feel at home there thanks to the warmth of the place and Tayakout. Finally, the environment is just as soothing… a small town above the Bâtie Neuve surrounded by forests, rivers and plenty of hiking trails to satisfy nature lovers! Finally, the view from the terrace of the mountains is exceptional and the apartment even has a small cozy and well-appointed garden with small table, deckchairs and darts games. Our family spent a most amazing month in this beautiful place! The home was better than we imagined or expected - very clean and spacious and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It felt like home. It was clear that Anita takes great care in creating a beautiful and memorable experience for her guests. Her family was so sweet and kind, too! We loved meeting and getting to know them. They also provided great suggestions for things to do and places to explore. The space was very quiet and peaceful, both inside and outdoors - lots of wildflowers and natural beauty. The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable, and the main bathroom was huge with always plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for daily walks to town - we loved the morning markets that took place every Wednesday and Saturday! There are great hikes and trails just outside the front door. Sisteron was a fantastic home base for exploring all of Provence. We had a lovely stay and dream of our return!

My partner and I selected Katerine's home to spend our Christmas this year. It was better than the photos and the welcome we received from Katerine was so kind! A cozy fireplace, Christmas decor. She did her best to make us feel welcome. During the course of our nearly two week stay, we immensely enjoyed her home; the beautiful village of Bargemon and surrounding nature. We had an incredible time, a Christmas to remember in this cozy little mountain village. We would love to stay here again- it was perfect: spacious, fenced (for our two small dachshunds), walking distance to the bakery and shop and with a lovely view on the surrounds. Quiet stay. The woods, close to the house, was highly appreciated for walks with our dog. Nathalie is very accommodating for check-in and check-out times. Thanks again Nathalie and see you for a longer stay next time…
