This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

The house is within easy walking distance of Trinity College, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Guinness Storehouse as well as the theatres, museums, parks, and shopping districts of city centre. Public transport options are conveniently close by, making it easy to explore all Dublin has to offer.

Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Inspired by my time living in Paris Ossory is a bijoux townhouse with luxury. Enjoy underfloor heating, books, art or a bath looking up at the stars. Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. The location is fantastic - it's a 10 min walk to catch the train into Dublin City. We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove Beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park and the gorgeous villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to choose from.

Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.
