We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

The house is located in the center of Dinard, 50 m from a large free parking lot, (except July and August) 400 m from the beach and close to shops. You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wifi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags!
