Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Pôtan

Booking almost last minute to come and celebrate the New Year in Paimpol. A fire was crackling in the wood burner when we arrived; Delphine and Denis welcomed us warmly. Thanks to our host's directions and addresses, we were able to book our New Year's menu fairly quickly. Thanks again Delphine! Everything is as described in the listing description. A real cozy nest for winter evenings and I imagine a beautiful place for summer evenings! We'll be back, I promise!

Very nice rental, impeccable for 6 people. Very well equipped. Impeccable hygiene. Numerous board games available, allowing for great discoveries. Responsiveness and efficiency of the owner despite the distance. The breakdown of a household appliance fixed quickly. Great generosity from the owners.

We had a great time at Patrick's, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a super good point, the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. There is also plenty of storage in the accommodation which is a significant plus! Everything is as pictured and the amenities listed in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great to spend some time outside enjoying (soccer, swing for children...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Thanks again to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house :), the explanations were clear and precise. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Stay up to our expectations! Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Very nice bright. Very nice bedding. The heating was on when we arrived which is very nice. Very nice sea view from afar. Home not far from the center of Erquy. Beautiful experience!

I stayed with my partner and child, the property was fantastic and very peaceful. We enjoyed the hospitality afforded to us by the great hosts. The property is lovely and surrounded by the glorious French countryside. We look forward to returning.

We had a great time with the family at Goulven's. The calm of the countryside, the very well-equipped house, the bedding is very good. We all enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. We'll definitely be back.

Superb place to have a good time with friends and children (10 adults and 7 children). Beautiful family home with an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere :) The large dining room/open-plan kitchen, the large living room, the large dormitory/playroom for children, offered us unforgettable moments. The kids loved the stay. Thanks to Melanie and her parents for their welcome and hospitality, they were very available and friendly.

Jean-Pierre's apartment is located in a place 5 minutes' walk from the station, very easy to reach, on the 4th floor with an elevator, the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Jean-Pierre is a very kind and friendly host who will try to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed having afternoon tea and cooking our own dinner in the apartment and walking for 15 minutes to the lively town area, we enjoyed our stay and recommended for travelers traveling to Rennes.

Very good stay! The host was responsive and clear in his explanations, which made check-in and stay very easy. The environment is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing. The listing is as described, no complaints. I would highly recommend it!

Hello There were 4 of us who came specifically for the National Animation Film Festival. The apartment is lovely in this old house. Great location. Supermarket, bakeries nearby. Saturday morning market. Very clean . Really nice and very good responsiveness from Ael. I would recommend it in a second. And if you want to park there are weekly passes in the nearby parking lot.

A perfect stay in an exceptional house! We had a wonderful family stay (3 children including a baby a few months old) at this beautiful home in Saint-Coulomb. This is probably one of our best vacation rentals! The house is superbly renovated, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The level of comfort is exceptional: all the essentials for a baby (and even more!), electric mountain bikes, paddles… and so on. It's rare to find such a thoughtful place for families. The location is ideal: quiet, nestled in a green setting, with La Touesse beach just two minutes walk away. A real little paradise. A huge thank you to Pierre-Emmanuel, our host, for his warm welcome, his great availability, his excellent local recommendations sent before the stay, and for a perfectly clean house upon arrival. Above all, don't change anything! We'll be back without hesitating.

Wonderful stay with family! Everything was perfect, you feel so good in Catherine's house. It exudes the well-being and human warmth of a large and beautiful family! We feel that this house is made to meet around a large table or in a small group in the living room. A beautiful soul that we were able to enjoy as 😍❤️ a family, beautiful moments of sharing and reunion, beautiful walks on the beach of rosaries or on the GR 34 ❤️

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Excellent relaxing stay in this beautiful and divinely well-located house next to St Enogat beach, birthplace of Dinard. Exceptional sea views from virtually every room. High quality bedding. Very well equipped and fried. Super quiet residential area. All shops nearby on foot. Possibilities of great walking tours. I highly recommend this listing and its host! Only downside, the 2nd bathroom is only accessible from the outside and you have to take the shot to park when you have a big car.
