Vacation rentals with a patio in San Marcos

Great location. Easy access to the River walk and restaurants . You can easily walk to the Pearl area or to the heart of the river walk. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We will be back.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Tom’s! The apartment is the perfect size for a couple, well decorated, and has a great location. We loved the neighborhood and all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Tom and Lisa were great, responsive hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Wonderful place, extremely clean, very comfortable. Would love to stay again when coming back to San Antonio.

This is our second time here and the area and apartment are just right with a country, cozy feel and helps you relax and kick back. Rick is very accommodating and tried to help us out as best he could when things just couldn't be helped with the cold weather and other mishaps. But we got a good night's sleep and the chirping birds still greeted us in the morning. Highly recommend!

Great value for the cost, especially when pets are a factor. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. House was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this property to friends or family and stay here in the future.

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

Christians place is one of the best I have tried and we travel a lot, so we try quite a few. Christian is incredibly responsive and helpful. The attention to all little details throughout the house makes you feel right at home instantly. I regretted not having a toaster and commented on a lovely tea he had stocked for guests, and both were at the door the next morning. Also bedding is extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and stocked, the bathrooms as well. It was really perfect.🤩 thank you for all your care Christian🙏

Zohaib was a gracious host and super communicative. Didn't message him much, but he always responded within minutes. The house is modern and spacious and laid out well. There are modern TV's in every room, including the office space, which he converted to a sleeping room. There are enough amenities to be comfortable and the kitchen and moderately stocked. I would recommend bringing high volume kitchen supplies if you are entertaining a large group, but for the two of us, it was just right. Everything was as described and functioned as it was designed to function. The garage is locked and cannot be used by guests, but that was not a huge deal. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located around a lot of restaurants and retail space. I would stay again.

The place was great. Comfortable stay here and location was 10 minutes from everything. I was able to complete work at the desk area and there were great selection of games and TV in every bedroom for entertainment. Comfortable beds. I made homemade cheesecake in the beautiful kitchen and the coffee station was a morning saver! Thank you Myron we had a great stay!💗

We stayed for two nights in Austin to watch my daughter wrestle at the Longhorn Classic wrestling meet. The home was perfect for what we needed for our stay. There was 5 of us and we all had our own rooms and able to share two full bathrooms. We love to cook a few meals and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, plus an HEB was less than 5 minutes away if we needed to get anything extra. The beds were comfortable and the king size was perfect for myself, my wife and our grandson to sleep in together. We enjoyed the small backyard as we were able to start a fire in the fire pit with plenty of firewood against the back fence. The bathrooms had what we needed for our stay and all the towels and sheets were clean and fresh. We were about 15 mins from UT, so it was easy to get back and forth. Parking was awesome as we had our own side and awning to park our vehicles under and was very well lit with a motion sensor light. Definitely staying here again.

Great place and in a great location if you are visiting for the San Antonio Stockshow! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay! Nils and his team were super responsive and helpful. Very accommodating on checking in and out. The apartment was perfect for our five day stay and the building is great (rooftop pool is amazing!). The apartment was spacious, thoughtfully designed and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here any time we are in Austin again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my work trip to Austin. Easy to access and an exceptional host, I particularly appreciated the how clean the space was plus a surprisingly comfortable bed. Highly recommend! I didn’t get to explore the area much, but it was a great location for getting everywhere I needed to go.

i loved staying here and I will be keeping this spot saved in my list. also canton tacos- only a 7 minutes walk to arbor food truck. AMAZING TACOS. their Thai food is great aswell. the place was amazing, the host was amazing. overall 10/10

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.
