The property has mosaic installations, stone work and original artwork. The unfenced private pool and palapas are secluded. The hot tub is located in the backyard. The stone open air chapel seats 80 guests. There is an outdoor shower, bath tub and Koi pond. Pets are welcome. Star gazing/bird watching✨🕊️

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. Beautiful 1000 sq ft 2nd floor apartment will be all yours to enjoy. Has two full bathrooms and a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck with bbq grill, washer and dryer, WiFi, plenty of parking and plenty of country charm on the outskirts of Kyle. 5 min to the 130 Toll Road and 20 min to COTA. 20 min to downtown Austin and 15 min to San Marcos. Great location to see it all while you are visiting the area!
