A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
