Vacation rentals with beach access in Simrishamn Municipality

Wonderful apartment in perfect location. Käseberga is beautiful, there is a small harbor where you can eat a little by the sea in the evening. The great beaches are a 5-minute drive away. Also, Ystad and Malmö are worth a trip and easily accessible. Many thanks, Ulf, for a wonderful week. ❤️

Great and tastefully decorated apartment/part of street house very central in Simrishamn, close to harbor and beach. We rented bikes and made day trips along the coast and enjoyed the beautiful and central location.

We had a great stay, perfect for family of 4 with 2 large and comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and communication fast and clear. We would be happy to revisit!

Camilla and Jonas were great hosts, were always immediately available and very friendly. Their place is very special - so perfect and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden in the back and in the front is also really beautiful and very cozy. We explored the area with the bikes - there are so many beautiful and quite secluded beaches, whether Hävang, Vitamölla or even in Kivik. There's a lot to discover in the woods, too. It was just a wonderful vacation, we were very happy here and would be happy to come back.

Great place for families, plenty of space and a nice playground on the premises. The house has everything you basically need. Not the biggest fan of the "clean the place after you" approach - would rather to have the option to pay extra and get the place cleaned for me after i leave, but it's mentioned clearly, so it's up to you.

Very nice and genuine accommodation in central Kivik. The inside of the apartment is modern and comfortable. We are happy to come back and I can highly recommend that we at Marléne for a few days to experience Österlen.

We had a lovely time at the farm. Milla, Johan and Niklas are great hosts and their place is just so beatiful and peaceful. A great base to explore beaches and nature parks in South Sweden with so much to do within short driving distances, the little farm is an attraction in itself with plenty to space to roam and play for the children and grown ups (chicken, trampoline, graden hose, fire place, peas!). We felt very much at home and very welcome. The appartment is just lovely, spaceous and well arranged and designed. Highly recommended. Only regret it we did not stay longer.

We celebrate a quiet and pleasant Christmas in the house, which is more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was Christmas decorated and lit in Christmas stars when we arrived, which made us feel welcome. All in all, we are very happy with the stay.

We stayed at Johanna and Michel‘s place for a week and loved it. The two of them are lovely, very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is well kept with a lot of attention to details. Thanks!

What a wonderful home where it was just about everything , nothing was missing. Also included bikes that we used down to the village . Since it was early spring , we burned in the fireplace in the evening which elevated the comfort . Luxurious garden with flowers to behold . Beautiful bird song that was like a concert. Close to forest if you want to exercise . We highly recommend this home.

Everything went incredibly smoothly. And it was a cozy house with a nice garden with a wind-protected patio. We in the fishing gang are very satisfied.

We immediately felt at home in the Yellow House. It had everything we needed and we were able to celebrate a wonderfully quiet Christmas. The area is beautiful and you can really unwind. The beach is 3 minutes away by car and the town of Ystad 20 minutes. There you can stroll and also visit the great beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice and beautifully restored little townhouse. Modern decor with a mix of old things from our grandparents' time. Delightfully bright and completely quiet. Lovely bathroom and good bed. Great furniture for relaxing inside and out. The house is located in an adorable little town by the sea. Where it is very closed outside the summer season, so it's good to bring food and drinks.

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

A great place to stay and the host communicated well and quickly.

Our stay i Sweden was fantastic. Thank you so much to Leonora for a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful , the accommodations perfect and exactly as shown in the ad. Leonora is the ideal host. I can not say enough how much I liked our visit. Everything was easy. And Leonora, who has an art studio at the location, is a tremendous artist and curator of fantastic art pieces.

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

A central accommodation perfect for 4 people with spacious surfaces and a newly renovated bathroom. Welcoming and nice host couple who welcomed us and helped when we had concerns. Nice to not have to bring towels/sheets. Clear instructions. Recommend!

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very accessible and also reached out to us himself about excursion destinations. The only negative point was the bedroom that could not be completely darkened, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots outside the building that were always switched on at night. If in doubt, bring a sleep mask, then that's no problem.

Nice and nice accommodation right by the beach. Municipal pool that was great for the kids very close, fantastic ice cream kiosk in the same house. Perfect for a few days of lounging.
