Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance.
