This is a modern 3 bedroom family home conveniently located near Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Free parking is available on the street and the train station is less than a five minute walk away. This newly refurbished studio apartment is located in Blackpool South Shore only 100 yards from the Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle Waterpark, the tram Station Pleasure Beach and the Beach and 300 yards from the South Pier. The area is very vibrant and with plenty of tourist attractions. There is a very nice beach just 100 yards away. This Apartment, in a large detached house with parking, is perfectly located at the south end of Blackpool’s tourist attractions behind Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It is decorated in the famous Blackpool Rock colours. This apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed which has a memory foam mattress for that extra comfort. We recently purchased this house and have renovated it to make it just that little bit different for our guests.

This is a comfortable studio flat on the first floor suitable for couples, singles or one adult and one child. There is a full double bed in the lounge/diner/kitchen and an en-suite shower room which also includes a WC and washbasin. We are a quiet establishment and cater for couples and families only so no party-goers/revellers please! The maximum number of guests are two adults. Non-smoking and no pets.
