Morning to Evening SUN SPOT on the PEACEFUL Secluded Garden + Patio, OVERLOOKING the NATURAL WATERFALL STREAM, WILDLIFE & often our SHEEP. A small barn conversion in an idyllic setting in the Northern Fells. Your own little cottage. Completely self contained with a kitchen/living area. A small bathroom with bath and hand held power shower and loo. Upstairs two bedrooms. One double & one small twin. And table and chairs to allow for outside dining on the terrace. We are a 15 minute walk into the village or 2 minutes by car. Please note we welcome very well behaved dogs, but strictly not on the furniture or upstairs on the beds.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The Coach House is an eighteenth century building at the heart of the village of Hesket Newmarket. The village has a famous community pub, the Old Crown, a shop and a brewery and is a great base for exploring the northern fells or as a stop on the Cumbria Way. The Coach House has been a moot hall, a musical instrument workshop and a garage. It became a house in the 1980s and was restored in 2023 to make a comfortable holiday home.
