Beautiful location and gorgeous surroundings to explore - Achmelvich beach not to be missed

Beautiful surroundings for a timber chalet, with a view of Suilven, with walk at the back to the shore. Plenty of space to hide Easter eggs, our kids had lot of fun. Plenty of books and DVD's if there would be rainy days. Washing lines and pegs so space to dry your wetsuits and towel if you fancy a dip.

Our stay at Drumbeg was great, lovely views right from the cottage windows and lots of local deer and sheep to see. Cottage was as described and was warm and welcoming after a day out exploring even when the weather wasn't great. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and towel for the dogs which was a nice touch. Area is brilliant with loads of good walks around to Bone Caves, Stoer Lighthouse, Sandwood Bay, River Inver and Glencansip and many local beaches.
