Absolutely gorgeous traditional Japanese house. Risa was very accommodating and very generous in leaving some tasty treats for us, very welcome after days of hiking the Kumano kodo! We wish we had more time and more friends to enjoy the space with us. Thank you so.much for your hospitality.

We had an amazing time staying in this authentic Japanese traditional house that blends classic charm with modern comforts. The place was really clean and well kept, and you can tell Xian Jie, the owner pays attention to all the little things, which made it feel really cozy. The best part was definitely the brand-new private onsen—such a nice way to relax and made the trip way better. I highly recommend this place, and strongly suggest booking the optional dinner and breakfast to fully enjoy the authentic Japanese hospitality and cuisine made with local ingredients. This stay offers a perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and luxury for an unforgettable experience. Thumbs up👍
