Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

The market towns of Fermoy (15 mins)& Midleton (20mins) offer plenty to see and do. However you choose to spend your time at Cathy's Cottage, a warm welcome awaits you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 10 minutes drive from Midleton and 25 minute drive from Cork city. The location is perfect to explore Ireland's Ancient East, the beaches of East Cork and numerous woodland walks. Local attractions include Fota Wildlife Park, Jameson Heritage centre, Ballymaloe House & Cookery school, Ballycotton Cliffs/Lighthouse, Spike Island Tour and the Titanic Experience, Youghal Clock Gate Tower and Leahys Open Farm. Rural - so a car is needed.

Peaceful house with free parking

Very peaceful and calm house with free parking, a lovely little garden and a cat. 10km's outside Cork city central and there is no public transport so you need a car. This is my home and I rent it out when I am away so you have the whole place to yourself. You also have to be ok with my cat living there, she looks after herself but needs her food refilled once a day. If thats not your thing, please don't book, thanks :-) I've made it a more affordable price on account of this.

Humblebee Blarney

Self contained apartment just 10min walk from Blarney village and castle and 10-15 min drive from Cork city. Apt is attached to our own home with it's own entrance. Very clean and cosy. A fully equipped kitchen/living area, tv, bathroom/shower and comfortable double bedroom. Breakfast of juice, tea/coffee bread and cereals is provided. Guests have private off-road parking and your own outdoor space All in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by lovely country walks.
