While we are happy to host for just one night, many guests who have arrived for one night have said they wished they’d booked for 2 because there’s lots to see and enjoy and it’s nice to have time to relax

The Shoemakers House is a recently renovated house at the back of Main Street, right in the heart of Ennistymon, accessed by a lane. The house is spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area. The patio doors open onto a quaint yard paved with Moher flags. The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The two main bedrooms have king beds and there are two single rooms, all with comfy mattresses. It is an ideal base to enjoy all the area has to offer.

It is just 5 minutes walk from The Promenade, The 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Blue flag beach, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and all village amenities. It is an ideal location for walking and a place from which to tour the Burren National Park, Cliffs of Moher and the Wild Atlantic Way. My home is situated on a quiet country lane 5 minutes drive from the seaside town of Lahinch. The main living area has panoramic views of Liscannor bay. The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km). Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019. The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.
