Comfy Annexe near Croagh Patrick with sea views

Danielle & KevinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place in a beautiful location. Luis provided very detailed driving directions which I found helpful after a long day of road tripping around the Mayo countryside and getting in near dark. I was a little late arriving but Luis met me and handed off the key and a quick run down of the annex. The room had everything you’d need, had great natural light, and is in a very peaceful area near the Irish coast. Perfect spot if you’re planning on climbing Croagh Patrick which is just up the road or wanting to take in the sea air. Westport is a very lively and lovely town and is only a 10km drive. I unfortunately did not get to experience breakfast as a super late night soaking in the local vibes may have lead to waking rather late and missing breakfast (no fault to the host-Westport has a lot of charm! ), other reviewers give high praise to breakfast though.

Westport Writer's Cabin at Old Rectory

ErinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is lovely, looking out onto trees and greenery with mountains in the background. The place had everything I needed for a 2 week stay, and the walks around the local area are beautiful. The cabin is quite close to the road which is busy, and so there is quite a bit of road noise which drowns out the sound of the babbling brook so idealically murmuring next to the cabin. Bathroom is small but totally functional. What I thought was an oven in the photos was a microwave but the kitchen is functional. Had a spacious feeling inside, the host and her sister are beautiful and generous. I was able to do my laundry at the Old Rectory. A beautiful and much enjoyed time. The bus to Westport is easy to catch so its simple to get around without a car. Recommend this cute little cabin

Quay Village, Westport

We had a great stay at Sharon’s place. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it is a lovely home. The beds were comfortable and clean. The living area is spacious and comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. Check in and out was simple. It is located only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Westport, so very convenient. Thanks for a great stay Sharon 😊
