Lovely base for a weekend jaunt in Edinburgh, great location for easy walking access to Holyrood Park, Leith, New Town and the St James Place development. Good showers and comfy beds!

Our stay at 21 Jeffrey Street was truly outstanding; easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The apartment is in a perfect location, just steps from the Royal Mile and a short walk to Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, and Waverley Station. Everything you need is within easy reach. The flat is beautifully presented, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and functional. The furnishings are tasteful, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the charming Old Town views from the windows. Yes, there are four flights of stairs, but they’re absolutely worth it for the peace, views, privacy, and charm of this top floor flat. Check-in was seamless, with great communication from our host, who was helpful and responsive throughout. We felt well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A true gem in the heart of Edinburgh. Thank you!

Great location to the city of Edinburgh. Peaceful and practical. Super detailed instructions, down to where the “secret” cutlery draw was. Was able to drop off bags early before check very much appreciated.

I can’t fault a single thing about this gorgeous home. This was our first of 5 accommodations around Scotland and we were completely spoiled by the luxury and location of this flat. Naz is a very proactive and regular communicator, with check-ins prior to your arrival and during your stay, to ensure you have everything you need for a fantastic time. She has put a lot of thought into every comfort and convenience. We used the air mattress for a second bed and it was mad up as though it was the finest of beds! My son said it was very comfortable. The heated mattress in the bedroom is something I have never experienced and now I want one for home! So lovely! The views from the windows are picturesque and sitting at the kitchen counter to watch the passersby was relaxing and entertaining! From the foam earbuds on the nightstand to the drinks and treat jar in the kitchen, Naz has thought of everything to make your stay fabulous. It was the best welcome to Scotland experience! <3
