Our home is popular with folk wanting a quiet place to rest their head - within walking distance of Glasgow's big gig venues! Our comfortable flat is close to the BBC, Hydro/SECC, Bellahouston Park, QEUH, Ibrox stadium and the city/west end - all within walking distance or easy public transport. We include free parking, wifi, tea/coffee and toiletries. We're happy to welcome couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers to our peaceful, cosy haven :)
Tenement in Glasgow's Vibrant SouthsideThis recently refurbished property is situated in the south side of Glasgow. With 3 min walk to Queens Park train station and with local bus access. For walks we recommend Queens Park which is a 5 min walk from the property. The property also has free street parking available and an ample amount of bars, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Including a 24/7 McDonalds and a local Tesco. While you're here, why not visit the famous Ginesi’s Gelato (Queens Cafe). Known for their fresh double cream ice cream! The Space The property is located on the first floor with a kitchen that includes all the essentials for cooking. There is a shower room and a separate toilet. The bedroom is fitted with a thick comfort mattress and a work area. The living room offers a sofa bed and a smart TV. We have also provided some of our favourite books and boardgames for you to enjoy. You will have exclusive access to this flat during your stay. As SpotHost helps me host, you can be assured to receive an excellent guest experience. The flat will be accessible to check-in on a 24 hour basis via a team member meeting you at the site to introduce the flat and its facilities. Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided for our guests, as well as tea and coffee. Due to my work commitments, my apartment is managed by a friendly hosting company (SpotHost) who looks after all of my guests on my behalf. My co-hosting company can arrange transfers to and from the property upon guests’ request. They can also help with luggage storage if you’re arriving early or leaving late. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
