Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

The stay here was by far one of the best we’ve experienced. Jessica our host was amazing and so sweet, very responsive and kind. The house was INCREDIBLE!! We were in awe of the view, decorations, furniture, etc. we will DEFINITELY be back!! amazing stay and experience!!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Lauras place was just as described! She definitely thinks of everything to complement her guest stay.. The area is perfect and peaceful. Great bike path on the same block and 15 minutes from great restaurants and beaches. Never a dull moment in this airbnb. Always something to do. Would absolutely come again! Thanks Laura

What a great place to stay. The house was immaculately clean. Everything was so well appointed. The outdoor space offered so much to enjoy. Our hostess was quick to respond with our questions and very friendly. We would visit again.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

What a great host Dallas was. She was so attentive to our needs and the place was in a fabulous location for everything we needed during our weekend stay. If ever in Tampa again, we would definitely stay again! Her place was very comfortable and homey, and parking was great too!

Christopher was an absolutely great host. He met us as we were arriving and escorted us into his beautifully decorated and immaculately clean cottage that even had a bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us. He made us feel comfortable and let us know about events in the area. He often checked to see if we wanted or needed anything else. We would not hesitate to stay at Christopher's listing again.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

The stay with Martine was excellent! She is super nice and very communicative. She offered us lots of local recommendations. I stayed with my dog and she was very kind to her also! Highly recommend this host!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Shores Beach Cottage! Property was exactly as the photos describe, easy check-in, cute minimal decor which is always helpful traveling with children (less to babyproof), host was friendly and responsive, and best of all.. Location is just one block walk to the beach! A quiet, relaxing, tropical stay for our annual FL getaway! :)

I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

We had to get another rental after our first fell through and Petie was so helpful in getting us set up quickly. Her hosting was attentive the entire time. And the place was so clean, well located and apportioned. The back patio was a great place to have breakfast and watch the boats and birds. It was a good space but ultimately the attentive hosting and being good with a last minute booking were what really pushed this over the top.

An easy and great stay about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater Beach! This was a perfect longer stay (1.5 weeks) for my wife, two medium sized dogs and I. The double rooms and desks were great for working from home, fenced backyard great for our dogs, and the front porch excellent for meals! We would definitely be back!

The place was very cute. It looked exactly as photographed. Place was closed to all the places we wanted to go. Host was great with communication and we were able to check in early too. Thank you having us and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

The location is golden. The place was private and had a perfect outdoor space for a dog. The cottage was very clean, sheets were fresh. We felt very comfortable and it's nice to have a king size bed. It is in walking distance to everything! Parking was easy.
