Vacation rentals with lake access in Clearwater Beach

We had a terrific time at Michael’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. The pool was great for my granddaughter and we enjoyed being by the lake and seeing all the different kinds of birds that visited. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.

We all absolutely loved the area and the house! Loads to do around the area and a beautiful drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the nature around Michael’s house. All kinds of birds, squirrels, and a couple of alligators once in awhile. The house was very comfortable with a screened in porch. Also saw some beautiful sunsets on the lake. Micheal responded quickly to all of our questions.

This lake, Victorian home was perfect for our group. The spacious lawn with grill and tables/chairs was wonderful for outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the rustic feel with the modern conveniences. We used the kayaks and even caught a nice bass from shore.

This place is tucked away on a dead end street and backed up to a beautiful canal. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the water every morning and the hot tub was amazing! The home itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is close to everything you need and more. We will definitely be returning for our future trips to Tampa ❤️

Our stay at Renay’s place was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The property looks good in pictures but is even more beautiful in person. Walking in the front door is a wonderful surprise as a full wall of windows showcases the pool and lake. The outside is gorgeous. We enjoyed coffee on the dock every morning and saw lots of birds, ducks and fish jumping in the lake. The interior is equally as nice and stocked with all of the essentials. We were a party of six (3 generations) and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We slept great in the comfortable beds. I particularly admired the expansive dining room table that looks like it’s made of reclaimed wood. We took walks in the neighborhood and visited the sponge docks for dinner which was great. We also visited Fred Howard park and Clearwater Beach which were all close. We would 100% love to come back to this spot if we are in the area again in the future. Thank you, Renay!

I LOVE this little house! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything I was looking for. I really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, although I wish I would have had more time to enjoy: the purpose of my trip did not allow this. However, I was able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning. Very quiet neighborhood. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay again and enjoy everything this place has to offer. One last comment. I had several questions for Eric before my trip. I received a response within minutes of asking my question. 😊❤️

Finding the house was very easy. Unlocking the door was very easy. Locking the door from the outside took a few tries to get the deadbolt in position. The house was very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Master bedroom was nice, but the electric outlets were difficult to get find. Outside needs a little love but overall in good shape and well landscaped. Inside decor was very Florida outdoorsy/surfer with some really interesting decor to look at and a cool hightop table to eat at. Taylor was a very good and responsive host. Had the house ready early and even let me stay a little later if needed. Checkout list was super easy to do. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.

First, I have found it difficult to find an aBNB in Lutz, and we always come because family live by. Added to that, we had to find a place with at least two bedrooms because we were traveling with a friend. So, this location was perfect. Very close to family. I had a little difficulty finding the place because I took the old Collier Road and it "ran out of street" at the next address. I did find my way, then all was well. The host tried her best to give landmarks to find the driveway. The place was beautiful and the surroundings gorgeous- Lake view was really nice. Our friend was mildly disturbed by another person (perhaps another guest?) talking on a phone late at night but we didn't hear anything from our bedroom. I would definitely rent this again if I needed two bedrooms. Thanks!

Maikel’s place is in a very safe area. No worries at all. Near a nice park with a great walking path. Perfect for Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium.

Yessika was a great host that accommodated our short notice request wonderfully. Well worth the value and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

The place was airy and spacious, plenty of room to spread out, we especially loved hanging out on the front porch in the morning and evening. The shower was fantastic, the bathtub big and unusual. We walked to the Dali Museum and the Pier and to Central. Also a very cute cafe just up the block next to the pond, which was also cute. I also played pickleball at crescent lake. There wasn’t a lot of space for suitcases in the bedrooms, but then there was a big dressing room in the back. The light switches were in odd places but we got used to it. Parking was tight, but we always managed a spot within a block.

Our stay was great. The location and view was just what we had hoped for. Loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the canal. The dock was an excellent place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Krista’s home was everything my family could have hoped for and more. We had to move out of our home to complete repairs and Krista’s home became our home away from home. It was safe and comfortable and we are able to find rest amidst all the crazy uncertainty we have faced since Hurricane Milton. We are very happy with how responsive and kind she was. Also this home literally has more than you can need in terms of amenities. Being displaced I packed up most of my living essentials and found that Krista had so much conveniences for my baby- high chair, pack n play, baby bath tub, and all kinds of toys! The home was clean and came with the most beautiful serene setting. We loved having pets come visit in the backyard, I say pets because we had birds and squirrels visit all thought the day! We absolutely loved staying here and in the event we are looking for a staycation we hope to be back, hopefully in happier circumstances of course!

Nice little place. Bed was very comfortable for us. Great having the dock across the road. Beautiful sunsets over the river. Debra was very responsive of any inquiries we had.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Comfortable place in a gated community which made us feel safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around the area. Suzanne messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Suzanne.

In spite of one of us having a raging cold, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed having the serenity needed when feeling bad. Kristin was always most helpful and very friendly, even offering to pick up a pizza for us on our first night.

Kevin and Kelly were wonderful hosts and incredibly friendly (including their two pups, which you may see on the property). The little cottage was cute and quaint, complete with everything we needed. A special shout-out to the incredibly comfortable king bed. The dock was peaceful for sipping coffee and reading a good book or watching the wildlife wander around. My favorite part of the place was the covered porch. The home's location was perfect for our weekend, conveniently located near Tampa, a casino, and plenty of options for shopping and dining. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly return.
