The property was beautiful and the setting is idyllic. We had everything we could need and it was lovely that Andrea and Sally allowed my 3 dogs as many others only allow 2. We will definitely be booking a return visit !

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds as well as Bath and Bristol. Cute, well equipped space.

We had a lovely stay on Neil's farm. The house is comfortable and the scenery is stunning. Neil is very welcoming and knowledgable, he took the time to show us around the farm and answer all our questions about farming life. He was also very kind to our two year old daughter and she loved her time on the farm.

Really great stay, very cosy. The woodshed is right next to where the host lives so any issues (we had none!) could have been easily addressed. Very quiet surroundings. Mel was a very friendly host and was very flexible. About a 5/10min drive from the local pub, from which there are pleasant walks you can do. Bought as a gift for my parents and they said they’d 10/10 stay again

What a beautiful home and location! Perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. Host and owners on site was excellent, giving local recommendations and freedom to explore the amazing surroundings. House was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Fab house with absolutely everything you could need in the. Great location. Only a short walk to a few pubs. We went to The Woodman for lunch which was lovely. The house has loads of space and a huge outdoor area with amazing views. We were lucky and got some sun on Easter Sunday. Also has a fire pit in the garden for when it cools down which we used. The kitchen is very well equipped and the oven is fab for making a dinner for a big family. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.

Thank you Andrea, for letting us stop with you this week. We had a great time with my family at your beautiful cottage. the property is stunning & absolutely spotless. the surroundings are beautiful & we couldn't of asked for a better stay. Everything we needed and more was thought of & it was so relaxing and peaceful. Our son Albert loved having a big meadow to run around in & explore. We also took the short trip to the water falls where we thoroughly enjoyed playing in the stream and building dams & splashing in the water. We would 100% recommend Andrea as a host & her place. 10 out of 10 we would love to visit again in the future.

A group of 7 walkers, we stayed at Richard’s place when doing two stages of offa’s dyke. Stunning location, very spacious and well stocked house, and plenty of bedrooms. One bedroom with en suite is on one side of house, and the other bedrooms (and one loo, one bathroom, and sauna, with another loo downstairs) are on other side of house. Richard met me on arrival and was incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable, showing me around the house. We had a fantastic evening after a long days walk, sitting in the sun by the pool and later in the snug by the fire. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of parking and a great place for groups of friends or families (esp in summer with the pool). Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about the property. It was simple to enter, pristine inside and the surrounding area was beautiful with amazing natural views on your doorstep. There were lots of animals on the farm next door, which the hosts very kindly gave us a tour of, on request, and were more than happy to share information on the animals and the day to day running of the farm. The general amenities were all available, and the host even provided toiletry products, home made cookies and Easter chocolates, which was very touching. We will definitely be looking to stay here again, hopefully for longer next time too! Thank you to our hosts next door for taking the time to speak with us whilst we were there, we really appreciate your kindness.

Great place to stay, with much to see and do in and around. We came to give our grandson a Castle experience, and covered five in two days plus a river trip...We were blessed with fabulous weather and He had a blast! Everything in the accommodation was well thought out and comfortable, with rapid response to any questions. Very happy to recommend. Thank you Charlie.

So chuffed we found this place! As a group of 7 girls we had plenty of room, great location for nearby walks and easy access to eat/drink out. The novelty of the animals around the house was really fun and the house itself was lovely. Very comfy, had everything we needed and the luxury of the hot tub was an added plus. Julia was really great with all the information prior to arrival and the gentleman who look after the animals were super friendly. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.

The barn is simply stunning, with an elegant blending of historic features and modern comfort and amenities. Tastefully and thoughtfully appointed, well-stocked coffee and tea station. Beds were so comfortable. Sarah was warm and responsive throughout our stay. The town is a quintessential English countryside village and the barn is walkable to the local town center and tavern. Very easy drive to Oxford. We would have stayed longer had our schedule allowed it, and will definitely be back.

Very interest location on a horse racing farm, wonderful for walking and enjoying the gorgeous Marlborough Downs. Claire was a very responsive host.

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This was our 3rd time at the Shepherds Lodge and once again it was a 5 star stay. Beautiful lodge with amazing views. Lovely place to sit in the evening with a drink and plenty of great walks nearby. Thank you 😊

We had a fantastic stay, the lodge is great and has everything you can possibly want for a comfortable stay. Every last detail has been thought of to make your stay comfortable and touches like the hamper for us and our four legged friend were the icing on the cake. Very high standards throughout and spotlessly clean. Emily, you do an amazing job looking after your guests, thank you. Feeding the cows too was lovely. We will definitely return for another visit

The most cosiest , scenic beautiful lodge with the perfect location . Decorated and furnished so carefully and perfectly to fit a slow , relaxed and peaceful staycation . It truly feels like a home a way from Home with the all the necessities you need. Would love to come back l!

It is a lovely place for short trip. My doggy has a good sleep. There have enough space for dog play and run. Everything is good 👍🏻 Even October is windy months, it makes me feel like back to home. Nice! Thank you for everything. We really enjoy.☺️

A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

fab few days away in a quiet locations. The hosts responded quickly to us when needed. The lodge had everything we needed and Hot tub was a fab bonus. There was also a folder with useful numbers in and info on surrounding areas. we would highly recommend a stay at this lodge.

Our stay at the Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The place was cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Helen and her husband were a fantastic host—very welcoming and kind. The thoughtful touches throughout the Cottage made the stay feel extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat.

What a lovely stay me and my girlfriend had. I was absolutely blown away by the views and the quietness of where we were. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and we loved our stay. Will be visiting again in the future!

A group of my friends and I booked this stay for my 25th birthday. It was my best birthday yet and can largely put that down to the stay! The house is beautiful and presented so well, the setting is breathtaking taking and Adrian and Laura were both very helpful and lovely. Cannot reccomend enough! Thank you so much for having us

This was an Easter break for three generations of the family and we could not have asked for a more tranquil setting and a house which had everything we could have asked for. Alex dropped in within minutes "to shake me by the hand" and Martin was super helpful when we had a minor maintenance hiccup. Definitely one of those properties we hope to be able to return to again in the future.
