Vacation rentals in Derragh

Loved this spot for the proximity to Cork as well as to the airport. We only spent one night as we were leaving the country but would have absolutely spent a few more. It was clean and cozy, we loved our evening unwinding by the fire.

Lovely house in a nice quiet area. Tennis court nearby. Ballybunion town is easily walkable with footpaths the whole way to the town. House had lots of nice touches that made it feel like home.

We had a wonderful stay. The place matches the description, is clean, is equipped with all the equipment and amenities needed. The location is quiet and private. The host is helpful and responsive.

The place was beautiful as we drove in and the inside spacious and beautiful.

Vinnie’s cottage offered a very peaceful experience in the countryside of Galway. The cottage was well heated against the cold Winter, and has two lovely fireplaces. Vinnie was very responsive to any queries and maintenance inquiries. I would high recommend this stay.

Geraldine’s home was so welcoming and homely. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Enough room around the house for 7 of us to comfortably relax between the living room and the dining room as well as outside space. So peaceful and scenic and only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Geraldine very kindly left us milk, orange juice, bread and eggs which was such a lovely touch. She left a sheet with information about important details such as WiFi code, heating and water, local amenities. Geraldine was so responsive to any queries we had both before and during our stay. Thank you for enhancing our lovely break away.

Beautiful location, very helpful and kindly host. Perfect place for a weekend getaway for 2. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights on the water’s edge of Lough Derg. The country roads and landscapes were like out of an Irish picture book. The cabin was cozy and well equipped and we could walk a country lane to Larkins and Cis Ryan’s. Colm was very responsive to all our questions and I would highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful spot for anyone looking for an authentic Irish experience in the countryside.

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful home, with a just as lovely town nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple bedrooms were very nice. We visited the town of Ballybunion multiple times, including the coffee shop “The Forge”. Would absolutely stay here again
