It is a very nicely decorated large apartment, ideal for large groups or families. It has 4 rooms, each with its own bathroom in addition to an extra full bathroom. The ample and bright living room has two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except the bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment sits less than a minute walk from Antón Martín subway station. There are 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people). It is located on the first floor of an old building. The building has no elevator. All rooms have AC except the bathrooms. Although the minimum stay is 4 nights, you can negotiate a shorter stay with other rates depending on the number of guests and the season. Ask us without any commitment. Check-in is after 3pm, although in some cases it can be done sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of arrival. Antón Martin is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. Its streets are filled with atmosphere and authentic places to visit, in addition to restaurants and bars, you can't forget the Filmoteca, Doré cinema or Nuevo Apolo theater. If non-compliance with these rules persists, you could be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund and the deposit will not be returned either. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - KEYS: The loss of the keys will result in a return cost of €30. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please notify us so that we can anticipate and replace them for the next stay. If any item of little value is broken and within normal use, such as a glass, a plate, etc... we will not deduct anything from the deposit, but please let me know so I can replace it for the following guests. Any other type of loss or breakage will result in a deduction of the bond equivalent to its replacement value.
