we had a great time. The house is even better than it looks in the pictures. 100% recommended.

We were a group of 10 people and the house met expectations. It was impeccably clean, with enough space for everyone and a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The play areas were undoubtedly a strong point and helped make the weekend a lot of fun. The only thing we missed, being a large group, was a dishwasher, it had worked out. Still, we recommend and would consider going back.

Great location with easy access to Gredos, el Valle del Jerte etc. Javier was a very responsive host.

My stay was wonderful. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: comfortable, very clean and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The environment is quiet, ideal for resting and disconnecting. David and Marta are very friendly and helpful at all times, which made me feel very welcome from day one. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

Cannot say enough about this place, its everything it says and lots more. The ladies that service the property along with preparing breakfasts were simply awesome. Aurora's chocolate cake was a hit, and we had it for dessert and breakfast! The location and views are postcard perfect and that comes with some nervous driving to get there, but once you know the quirks really not that bad, just be careful. Highly recommending this to friends that are planning a trip to this beautiful part of the world.

The hosts were amazing! they made sure we will feel at home from the first day. took care of any issue that came by. they brought us fresh bread every morning. the surrounding is really magical. the only thing that was a bit sucks was the washing machine and the dryer. it was in a different structure with 1 min walk and when the weather is raining its not that easy. other than that everything was fine!

When the wildfires created anxiety and uncertainty about our stay in Casa Rustica, Elisabete took care of everything; she provided a safe haven until there was no further risk in the Rossas area. Thank you so much, Elisabete, you did everything to reassure us and make us comfortable. As for Casa Rustica, it's absolutely wonderful - gorgeous pool, Jacuzzi, relaxing living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen; the garden is lush with fruit and there are beautiful views from the balconies. Thanks to Sandra, too, for a great show-around and providing on-the-spot help if needed. In a nutshell, all fab!

We loved the house. To access you have to travel a dirt track that in some stretches is somewhat narrow, but it is well circulated. The area is super quiet, ideal to disconnect, and the house, although small, is cozy and perfect for two people. We loved the silence, the view from the patio and how beautiful the house in general is (even more than in photos). Even with rain all weekend, it was a beautiful experience.

It has been a great few days, the house is just as it is in the photos, you can see that they strive to make everything well, from the garden that was very cared for, to the kitchenware that was very complete,we went with a dog and had a great time, it met all expectations.

This is our second stay at Paulo’s and we are all already looking forward to returning. An amazing peaceful stay, perfect for nature lovers looking for amazing trails and landscapes.

Manuel and Rosaria are adorable and very considerate people, who anticipate the possible needs of the tenants of the cottage. It was very easy for us to communicate with them despite the language barrier. Upon arrival, we were able to taste Portuguese specialties. The cottage is very well equipped, very clean and very well located for visiting the north of Portugal. The property is beautiful, with different spaces, garden, pool, vineyards and animals. I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you very much to Manuel and Rosaria for hosting us.

This was an amazing stay. Private and secluded beach front. This 18th century jewel is renovate on the inside with a mother bathroom and kitchen. A perfect place to let it all go or write if you are into it. The neighborhood is quaint and lined with fun places to eat and a little market walking distance. Luis was extremely responsive from the start, very attentive and generous. He gave me great recommendations and I became a big fan of the A Cabana. This gets an A++ and I hope I make it back someday !

A little slice of heaven! We had a great few days at Amelia and Joa’s place. The property is so peaceful and the suite is cozy and charming. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our second time staying. Love it here.

We had a great time in Afife and enjoyed our stay at Joaos place. The location was very quiet (except the Honda shop across the street in the daytime) and Afife has not much to offer, which was okay for us but should be known in advance if you plan on eating outside. Porto is great to be reached by train and the beach is very close. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there’s enough space for a big group and everything was very comfortable. The pool was open already and was cleaned during our stay. The only thing which I would point out on the negative side is that when we arrived it smelled a bit mouldy, probably due to the rainy weather and the fact that 3 of the bathrooms don’t have windows. The staircase to the lower part of the house is very steep. That’s a fact you should know when travelling with small kids. Joao was perfect to contact and always responded quickly whenever there were any questions. Thanks for having us. We would totally recommend to stay at his place.

Highly recommended accommodation for a gathering of family and friends with children, since it has a large garden plot with facilities and equipment for the children to have a great time.

It's been an incredible stay. The house is great, and the garden is amazing. Too bad it didn't make good time to be able to enjoy everything the house had to offer. There was a gazebo in the back of the house , which was accessed by the large window in the kitchen. The garden super cared for and was happy to look out of the windows . Highly recommended. The residential and quiet area, a few minutes walk from the center of the village, which has restaurants , cafes , supermarket... I would definitely come back. The rooms are very comfortable . And it was all pristine. The pellet heating is great too. For putting a but on it, the stairs are made of wood and crunching that gives pleasure haha but well , it is something "unimportant" .

Everything was good, I can recommend it.

We only stayed at Pedro's for a long weekend, but we would have loved to stay longer. The little house is very comfortable, and the shared area was amazing for our toddler - she was obsessed with the donkeys. All the recommendations were really great - try the Restaurante at Loucainha if you can!

All phenomenal,Cristian is very friendly and attentive to everything at all times. The great house is not missing detail above all to go with children since it has soccer,ping pong, rackets....and very hot for what is appreciated. Apart from breakfast her mother tasted us with a delicious lemon cake. The wonderful area is very quiet. I recommend this place without any hesitation.
