This place is a literal paradise, complete with lush nature, babbling brooks, permaculture gardens, 76 cats roaming the 5-hectare property, dogs, rabbits, peacocks, chickens, pigs, horses, sheep, turtles...I am in awe of Joep and Ivone's inspired vision of saving animals and the way they have manifested their personal Garden of Eden over the past 2 decades. This truly was a one-of-a-kind experience, and I can't say enough good things about this place. I truly hope to come back one day soon for a longer stay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Joep and Ivone, for creating such a beautiful sanctuary for both humans and animals _()_

This place is perfectly located in the city and you can find just everything nearby. Shops, restaurants, cafes and most of the ‚must see attractions‘ are in walking distance. We loved the place alot and enjoyed the connection to the B&B with a 24h reception.

We really enjoyed the apartment with the whole family. The proximity to the beach, the opportunity to enjoy the pool, tennis court and soccer stadium for children are a real plus. We would have enjoyed an extra week.

The space is quite cozy and great for resting in the country. There was nothing to point out and communication with the host was always impeccable. I definitely recommend it.

Sherry was an excellent host, very helpful, keen to recommend things and quick to respond to our queries. The apartment was in a lovely neighbourhood, very safe and easy to walk round. There were local convenience stores, a nice coffee shop and multiple restaurants and a few nice bars plus a pharmacy all nearby. Aravaca station was very close, less than 10 minutes walk away.

Very good location, close to the main routes of the National Park. We were attended by Manuela's daughter, and a 10 deal: he helped us locate the house and attended to the problems that arose during the days we were in the house or the things we were needing. 100% recommending for an end to disconnect!

La Tahona is a home in which to enjoy a special place like Navalperal de Tormes. Aidan is a caring and attentive host.

A spectacular stay. Maria is charming ,always attentive in case we needed anything. Even gave us fruit ,eggs,lettuce,tomatoes... I've been to a lot of Airbnbs and if I have to stay with one it's definitely this. The house is small but cozy and meets all the needs. It has a terrace with barbecue and gardens with very nice flowers. 100% recommended

Very lovely flat with nice ocean view. The hosts are welcoming and the communication is on point. We'll gladly come back when we visit north Portugal again.

We had a lovely stay at Victor's. The apartment is located right next to several bus lines that lead to the city center, perfect for visiting the city while being quiet in the evening. Victor lent us a bus card for our trips. He and his partner were very hospitable.

First of all, a big THANK YOU to Bruno for having welcomed us so well and given us fantastic recommendations. The truth is that we feel truly at home. The house is large and has all that is needed and in the best conditions, not only of infrastructures but above all, of cleaning. The house is in a small historic village, Anceriz, which allowed us to "breathe", rest and "disconnect" completely. All impeccable! We only gave 5 stars... because we couldn't give more. The house is great for a few quiet days in a rural but well-connected area. It's spacious and quite new. The fireplace is perfect.
