Welcome to our newly-built house in Culloden – 15 mins drive from Inverness centre! This modern home has 3 double bedrooms and one single. Conveniently near the Retail Park and Airport. Culloden Battlefield, Fort George and Cawdor Castle are near-by. Please note this property is licensed for a maximum of 7 guests. With the only exception being 2 extra infants in cots we can provide.) Situated in a quiet residential street, this house is not suitable loud groups, parties or unsocial behaviour.

The village has a small supermarket and good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs in addition to local walks, loch swims, bike rides and plenty of options for day trips. A beautiful 1800s terraced cottage footsteps away from the River Ness that we finished renovating in March 2022. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 king size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space with free fast WiFi, Samsung Smart TV and wonderful log burning stove. Free parking with our permit and just a 5 - 10 minute walk across old Inverness with beautiful views of the castle, cathedrals and churches on the way. We are also dog friendly up to 2 dogs.

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
