Lake house vacation rentals in Iowa

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed the solitude and great view of the pond/trees. My kids very much enjoyed fishing the pond. They even caught some large mouth bass. One weighing 2 pounds, and one weighing 3 pounds! Beds were super comfy. My kids even made me come check their comfiness before I could finish unloading the car. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the bustle of the city and also have activities for the kids to do right out the back door. A very clean beach area was available also, although being late October, we didn’t swim.

10 out of 10! I will be staying here again during our next Okoboji trip. The home is so spacious, has literally anything and everything that you could need. The beds and linens were perfection (in fact I bought the comforter online while we were there). The extra parking across the street was perfect to park our truck and trailer since we brought our boat. And the VIEW!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this home and we look forward to staying here again 😁

Michaela was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We mentioned there weren’t many pots/pans and in a few hours there were a whole new set! The house is very clean, quirky in a fun way, and the lake setting with giant fire-pit was so relaxing. The bed upstairs is super comfortable. Note, there are three beds. Two downstairs are single. It worked out great for us. The house is one of the most fun, well stocked, comfy places we’ve stayed. And Michaela is a really gracious host. Easy to talk with. We loved our stay.

Melissa and the home were wonderful. To be completely honest, the pictures don't do the home justice. Melissa takes the time and care to leave little personal touches to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The beds are so comfortable and warm. My husband is already planning to book again for our anniversary getaway!!!

This is a beautiful home with all amenities as described. It’s a bit of a walk into town but otherwise fine. Love the fact Alexa everywhere which was useful for music and timings. We have 2 grown up kids, so 4 adults and 1 bathroom was a stretch at times. Mellisa answered my queries almost instantly. Thoroughly recommend a stay here !!

Very peaceful and beautiful area. The home was well kept and felt homey. I absolutely loved the kitchen. Gina was very responsive and the instructions were very clear and precise.

Tammy's place may be my favorite AirBnB that I have stayed at. It is spacious both upstairs and downstairs, with plenty of room to play games, watch TV, and enjoy time reading for the six of us and our two dogs. The home is beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen, which was perfect as we cooked most of the meals during our stay. So, many wonderful amenities made our stay comfortable (a variety of toiletries, a large selection of games, chocolate snacks, filtered water, comfortable seating on the deck, a hammock, room darkening curtains, and plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep :)) The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake. Clear Lake has a cute downtown, a beautiful city garden, restaurants, and a brewery. A comfortable place to unwind and relax!

We really enjoyed our stay in Clear Lake at June's property by the lake. The properties were very clean and exactly as the photos depicted. June quickly responded when I messaged her and was very accommodating for our families needs and questions. The properties were in close proximity to the beach and downtown. Our family and two dogs hope to visit Clear Lake again and stay at June's properties. Thanks for a great mini vacation!

Great space for our friends to gather. The downstairs bedroom was a little chilly due to the very cold temperatures but warmed up when the thermostat was bumped up a little. Amazing views, would be a great space to rent during the warmer months.

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

It was a great place to stay for our crew. Lots of room and beautiful views from the windows. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and plan on coming back if the dates work for our visit to IA.

Beautiful spot right on the water in Nashua! Brenda was very helpful during the check-in process, and was very accommodating with multiple items available during our stay! Great place!
