Monthly Rentals in Isle of Gigha

We loved our short stay in the wee cottage. It was very cozy, clean, and homey. We would happily return for another stay, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet rural accommodation. Admittedly there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity for food or activities, but plenty to do just a short drive away. Diane was excellent recommending some places to visit and eat. If this catches your eye - book it!

We loved staying at Agnes’s place, so comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the little lounge /dining room was very cosy. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the yard full of spring flowers, where we could sit out in the sun to have lunch. We were very lucky with the weather during our visit and the house is really well-situated for exploring along the Kintyre way, the island of Gigha (beautiful) and other peninsulas and islands nearby. Fresh flowers, real coffee, biscuits, olive oil, herbs and spices were much appreciated. I hope we’ll be back and highly recommend this lovely little place, which was also really good value. I can highly recommend this delightful cottage ,it’s very close to Tayinloan & for the ferry to Gigha. It’s comfortable & cosy & has everything you would need. Mandy met us with a friendly welcome & we appreciated the hot homemade soup & banana loaf with custard for pudding. The beds are extremely comfortable & heating was always on when we needed it. The views are exceptionally beautiful out to the islands. A perfect location to explore Kintyre.
