“This is a great place to stay. The room is spacious and furnished with beautiful antique furniture and overlooks the loch. Alison is a warm and generous hostess - giving me a loaf of her freshly made bread to take with me when I left. Kitchen is well stocked with varying food stuffs which I was welcome to use had I wished to cook. Alison's intimate knowledge of the area, having lived there all her life is most welcome as it saved time and, in some cases, money. As a keen and experienced cook she is in an excellent position to advise of eating places. Sadly I went during very inclement weather which does not show off the charm and beauty of the area to it full effect. However during the brief periods of clear skies you can see why it would be good idea to return during summer months to make the most of your stay.”
*Deep cleaned between each booking to ensure it is germ free!* With absolutely stunning views and idyllic sunsets I'm certain you'll be impressed with my home. Situated on the 1st floor of a stone built building, built circa 1860, it offers loads of character and an extremely relaxing and clean environment. I'd recommend taking a moment to read our reviews- we are extremely grateful and very proud of them all, we put a lot of work into making our home a perfect little getaway for our guests.
“Great location, beautiful scenery looking over the loch when having your brekkie! Lovely touches, we went to celebrate my birthday and Vincent and Nicole left us wine and put banners up round the house which we thought was so special and thoughtful! Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to use the products which was really handy and unlike many other air bnbs we have stayed in! Great welcome folder which gave us a guide to the local areas! Got the bus into Helensburgh for a change of scenery - if you like a drink head into their Wetherspoons, £1.99 pints! We also went to the Rosslea hotel for afternoon tea - very well priced and lovely would definitely recommend! Can’t thank Vincent and Nicole enough for such a great birthday mini break! Will definitely be back!”

“Absolutely magical place with the best hosts! We were made so welcome and the touches around the apartment were a lovely treat after a long days travelling. Everything was very well thought out for a really comfortable, cosy and enjoyable stay! Amazingly clean and with incredible views of Loch Long to wake up to. Nova and Chris (and Ted the dog) were incredibly helpful and lovely and made our stay very special.”
