J'ai prAs a chef, forager, and guardian of this land, I’ve spent years creating experiences that connect people to nature through food. I live on this land year-round, grow my own produce, forage wild herbs, and cook only with ingredients from local, ethical sources. I’m also co-president of a seed-saving collective, actively working to preserve biodiversity and food heritage. This isn’t a side project—it’s my life’s work. 30 years of experience I have worked in prestigious establishments on the Côte d 'Azur. I trained at the Paul Valéry Hotel School in Menton. I hosted a rooftop terrace cooking class for 125 people.

17 years of experience I create Michelin-starred quality dining as a private chef for international clients. I studied at the gastronomic school Artusi in North Italy. I was part of the team that helped restaurant Donatella achieve a Michelin star rating.
