A very good place to relax,close to a beautiful beach and restaurant. Contact with the owner hassle-free. We felt at home. We were disturbed by the noise of passing trains, but you could get used to it. We recommend this property !

I had a wonderful stay in this house! The location is perfect, a short walk from the sea, ideal for those who love to relax on the beach and enjoy beautiful promenade walks. The apartment was clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was easy and the host was always helpful and attentive, making everything even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation near the sea. I hope to be back soon!

The host paris, an exquisite and affable person, made my parents feel the owners. A fabulous welcome with an aperitif Entrée. Immediately ready to resolve the only small hitch that was resolved in a short time in a week, where they were his guests. Great location to reach the beach on foot, with the comfort of being able to park your car in the garage. The girdino for great dinners outdoors. They're already looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is located in the promenade, on the pedestrian and bike path, in front of the beach. Perfect for walks and bike rides. A stone's throw from restaurants and close to downtown. It is equipped with everything, cleaning products, bicycles (2 adults and 1 child), umbrella with beach chairs. Communicating with Sabine is simple, and then for check-in there is Michela, her assistant, a very nice and kind girl, who was very helpful on the spot. I highly recommend Sabine's apartment for a stay in Cupramaritima. Feels like home.

Celeste very nice, smiling and sweet host. Great hospitality, communication. Very clean house and there is absolutely everything you need and how to be in your home. The visit from the terrace is beautiful, the sea is very close to a 10-minute walk. Thanks again and see you next time.

My friend and I stayed at Simona's apartment. It was a perfect stay, everything close to the beach in the center with many shops , the house is large and with all the comforts Simona is an exceptional host always available and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

Fantastic host! We loved it!

Perfect location and apartment, the fifth floor is very ventilated. The large balcony allows you to enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Next to the house, everything is close to both the sea and the center. The equipped kitchen and washing machine were essential for us who, having a young child, were able to use it at home! Manuela was an impeccable host even remotely! If you want to rest Grottammare, it's the right place! We'll be back!

Small and charming apartment 2 steps from the sea! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet area, bike path under the house. The host was always very helpful and prompt in his responses. Certainly recommended.

We stayed at Valentina's apartment for 4 nights; the space is very suitable for two people who want to unplug their heads and enjoy the sea in peace. The sea is very close (both free beach and bathing establishment) and within walking distance. Convenient location of the town of Ponte Nina, which is halfway between two countries provided with the necessary services. The host Valentina, super helpful and welcoming; during the stay unfortunately we experienced an emergency (not related to the accommodation) and Valentina immediately mobilized to resolve the issue. One of those places where we leave our hearts. We hope to be back!

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

I stayed with 3 friends during the week of August as a guest from Massimo. Very nice apartment, equipped with the right comforts for the context, such as air conditioning and fan shovels in the 2 bedrooms (one with bathroom), with large common spaces, especially the outdoor terrace! Very important service offered by Massimo is the supply of bicycles, especially useful to get to the village center, not to get to the beach ( for that, just leave the apartment, 50 meters and you are there). Massimo was a perfect host, not at all intrusive and very kind! If I need to stay in San Benedetto again, it will be the first search I will do!

Small apartment but very clean and located in a strategic location. A stone's throw from the sea, and convenient to restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets , pharmacies. Ilaria and Cinzia have always been very helpful with us, kind and giving us a lot of useful information on the spot. We recommend it for your stay in San Benedetto del Tronto.

We stayed at Maria Rita's place for a week. She's a very likeable host. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilet! The bathroom has a big window. The rooms are light and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito screens in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you don't want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was no problem as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You get used to the train that passes at the back of the house quickly. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you will find nice seats. Car and bikes can be safely parked, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!
