The stay was pleasant and relaxing also for Maria Pia's excellent hospitality and availability. Yes, from the first moment we understood that Maria Pia is a person with a kindness of mind and an attention to her unique guests.

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Small and charming apartment 2 steps from the sea! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet area, bike path under the house. The host was always very helpful and prompt in his responses. Certainly recommended.

Chiara is a great host, helpful, and very welcoming! When we arrived, we found a very clean house in great condition. In addition, we also received a couple of very much appreciated welcome surprises. Highly recommended experience!

Very comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment. Near shops , pharmacy . Very close to the beach , both paid and public . Antonio is an exemplary host , helpful, and responsive to questions. I recommend this place and will definitely be back someday.

Luca’s apartment is a gem. Bright and comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains is beautiful. The location is ideal, right off the main square yet the place so quiet - even with the windows open. Luca was such an accommodating host. He was very responsive, no matter when I contacted him. He greeted me at the unit and gave me maps, shopping and restaurant tips throughout my two week stay. He was great at adding photos to explain where a shop or site was. I would definitely re-book a stay at Luca's if I ever returned to Ascoli-Piceno. It is good value for the money.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Chiara and family were wonderful. They responded to every need. The house is very beautiful, located in a quiet area but not far from the sea. A relaxing stay in a spacious home

We had a great stay in a very tranquil, beautiful and unspoilt region of Italy. The mountains or the sea are fairly short drives away both are well worth a visit. We stayed in the large farmhouse Casa Egle, which forms part of a small hamlet of beautifully restored buildings. The house is very comfortable and adequately equipped. Antonio is a great host and made himself understood even though my Italian is very poor.

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Apartment clean and equipped with all the comforts, the location is central and quiet, very kind host. We had a really great time.

We felt at home! Jeremy allowed us a flexible check-in as it took us a very long time on the way out due to extreme traffic jams. Jeremy took great care of us throughout our stay and kept asking if everything is okay, if we need anything. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and shopping, restaurants, beach & promenade are within walking distance. A special highlight were the 2 loungers incl. Beach umbrella. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. The beds and also the couch for TV are very comfortable, the cabinets offer enough space for everything. The terrace is a dream and goes around the whole apartment. You have a great view of the hills and the sea can also be seen from a corner. It's like a huge open-air living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Patrizia & Jeremy

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

The apartment was spacious and bright, it matched the photos and description. The central location and proximity to the sea make it perfect for the summer holidays. Very convenient to all amenities. Very kind and available host.
