We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house! The decor was stylish and cozy, and we immediately felt right at home. The pool was an absolute highlight, especially for the kids who enjoyed it extensively every day. Also for us adults the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Location of the house is very calm and secluded. Many thanks to the hosts for the great experience!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again ❤️

This our second stay here. Primarily because the family is amazing. You a getting a true movie experience of Italy staying here. The grapes the olives the land. The family are so warm and caring. We will be back again.

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Nadia and her family offer a very nice place to stay. From here you can explore Monte Sibillini, whether by pedes, by bike or by car. We had very nice days and Nadia gave us valuable tips. We were very satisfied, thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

Casey was clear right away, sending us the precise and detailed manual on how we should manage check-in, check-out, waste disposal with a lot of how to get to the house; in the handbook there were also tips on restaurants where you can dine, on cities to visit and the most convenient beaches to get to, as well as information about the nearest pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was nothing short of beautiful, the apartments were simple but well-kept, clean and equipped with the essentials. The surroundings offered a beautiful view overlooking the hills and vineyards, and the highlight of the entire house was the large upstairs terrace that gave the opportunity to dine alfresco and lunch amid the greenery. In short, everything is beautiful!!

I could tell from the photos that this was going to be a great place to stay which is why I booked it a whole year in advance, and so it proved. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and nearby Ripatransone is a fabulous Marche town with lots going on including restaurants and wineries. Petra and Peter have created a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 8 and we very much enjoyed our stay! The grounds are beautiful. Carlo was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive when a question or issue arose.

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was huge with everything you could possibly need. The views from the terraces and the rooms was spectacular. The hosts we so kind and helpful. We wished we could have stayed much longer than 2 days. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other amenities in towns nearby, just a few minutes drive away. We will certainly be back soon!
