We felt at home! Jeremy allowed us a flexible check-in as it took us a very long time on the way out due to extreme traffic jams. Jeremy took great care of us throughout our stay and kept asking if everything is okay, if we need anything. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and shopping, restaurants, beach & promenade are within walking distance. A special highlight were the 2 loungers incl. Beach umbrella. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. The beds and also the couch for TV are very comfortable, the cabinets offer enough space for everything. The terrace is a dream and goes around the whole apartment. You have a great view of the hills and the sea can also be seen from a corner. It's like a huge open-air living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Patrizia & Jeremy

Raffaella was very kind and always available, she gave us very good cookies from her pastry shop. The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy. It is a short walk from the pedestrian center and a few minutes from the waterfront. Raffaella has recommended where to park, do shopping and where to buy the best olives at the listenana of San Benedetto! We had a great time. Thanks Raffaella

Everthing was exactly if not better than expected. The host, Luca, was friendly and flexible as we arrived for check in. Casa di Cri provided everthing we needed for bathroom and kitchen. Example towels, kitchen utensiles, expresso pot and.coffee. It was more then enough for my sister and I they had large queen.size bed and bunkbeds and large pull out couch in open concept living room kitchen.

Claudia is a perfect and very kind host when we arrived. We found the house cooled and in the fridge, fruit juices and fresh fruits, then everything to cook, in short, a perfect and very clean house. The house is beyond expectations, everything is tasteful. Highly recommended

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Our stay at Carla's apartment was perfect. The place has all things necessary for a pleasant time and Carla's hospilality is brilliant!

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). Highly recommended to anyone, if we come back here we will not hesitate to choose Leonardo for a moment. Thanks again

Very fresh accommodation in beautiful Offida. New, clean, and well equipped. Ornella had very good Mozarella with her from Naples when she arrived as we enjoyed on the terraces. We really recommend Ornella's place. Offida is a gem. Super cozy village with great restaurants and many different wineries.

The apartment is a real gem, with attention to detail and finely furnished, while remaining very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. The location is great (in the heart of downtown, a few minutes from the beach). From the moment of booking, Alessandra was very kind and absolutely helpful, she gave us several basic tips and information about the surrounding parking lots, which allowed us to move around with ease. The response times were very quick. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

Mirko is a very friendly and attentive host. He helped us on many occasions with our questions, for which we are truly grateful! The apartment is very nice with a nice green courtyard. The sea, supermarkets, establishments are very close, 5-10 minutes walk. San Benedetto centre is a 15 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wish the owner and his fiancee all the best!

I stayed with 3 friends during the week of August as a guest from Massimo. Very nice apartment, equipped with the right comforts for the context, such as air conditioning and fan shovels in the 2 bedrooms (one with bathroom), with large common spaces, especially the outdoor terrace! Very important service offered by Massimo is the supply of bicycles, especially useful to get to the village center, not to get to the beach ( for that, just leave the apartment, 50 meters and you are there). Massimo was a perfect host, not at all intrusive and very kind! If I need to stay in San Benedetto again, it will be the first search I will do!

Our expectations have been met. The landlady welcomed us. There were no questions during check-in. The clean home, the warmth of the landlady, the hospitality and responsiveness to requests are pleasant. We were provided with assistance in resolving several issues, for which we are particularly grateful. Everything you want to talk about, just talk to the superlatives. Our stay went as planned. We had a great time. Management is family and you can see it. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They made us taste of the exceptional🙂 skewers Hospitality 10. There was🙂 A pool, a large garden even a large trampoline. Our children were crazy about goia... even the garden and animals. Apartment was cozy and big enough for a family with 3 children and an infant. As I learned, they have other original projects ( such as the family tent) inside made furniture made of light wood... very modern... we would definitely also return with friends to relax in this unique and familiar place.

We left Casali Costadoro already with nostalgia. An enchanting place, nestled in the hills with the silence of nature. Beautiful pool but we preferred the sea with the reserved places included in the price of the accommodation, in the surroundings - in the evening - medieval villages with a beautiful cultural program of parties, festivals and concerts. A beautiful vacation with our one-year-old and our bordercollie. Thank you!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.

We had a wonderfull stay! Very nice place in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. You can enjoy a large pool and appartment, both perfectly maintained. The host Cecilia is very welcoming and caring, she spoiled us with some delicious products from the garden. Venarotta is a rather quiet place with a small grocery store and one or two restaurants. In the middle between the sea and the Sibillini mountains.

A very nice apartment where you feel right at home, in a quiet residential complex, with nice neighbors. Liisa and Bennie are super nice. We will be back for sure. Michael and Sabine
